Who is responsible
This hub supports National Water and Sewerage Corporation exhibition services. Use the contact below for questions about information submitted through this service.
Information and purposes
Forms collect the details you submit to respond to feedback and complaints, arrange requested meetings, follow up selected interests, or consider partnerships. Registration records name, category, country, optional contact details, event, attendance choice, time and entry route. Staff registrations also record the staff member. QR scans alone do not identify you or confirm attendance.
You can leave a rating without a name or email. Do not include personal information in anonymous comments. Share only information needed for your request, and never upload identity documents, passwords or sensitive records. A parent or guardian should assist visitors under 18.
Your choices and consent
Consent boxes start unchecked. Where you agree, we record the notice version and time. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing. You may ask to withdraw consent for future use; withdrawal does not undo lawful processing already completed. The operator must assess any other legal obligation before retaining information.
Photographs
Uploaded visitor photos are accessible only to authorised reviewers until approved for public display. Embedded location metadata is removed. You must have permission from everyone shown, including a parent or guardian for children. Approved photos can be viewed and copied by other people; request removal through the privacy contact.
Access, hosting and reporting
Authorised staff can review submissions and export visitor registers for exhibition reporting. Access is restricted by staff permissions. The hosted service uses Vercel, Neon PostgreSQL and private Vercel Blob storage in Frankfurt, Germany. Hosting providers may process operational logs and account information under their own agreements. The operator must approve processor agreements and lawful international transfers before live use.
Retention
The configured review threshold is 365 days. This is a proposed operational setting, not a statutory period. Records must be reviewed and removed when no longer needed, except where a documented legal or service obligation requires retention. The operator must approve a schedule covering submissions, photos, exports, audit logs and provider backups. Downloaded spreadsheets require the same protection and deletion controls.
Your rights and contact
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable law. We must verify your identity proportionately before releasing or changing records. Provide a submission reference where available; do not send an identity document unless a verified staff member explains why it is necessary.
For privacy requests, contact the exhibition team through info@nwsc.co.ug, the published general contact. Ask for your request to be directed to the person responsible for data protection.
For concerns under Ugandan law, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Office. Other rights and regulators may apply where the service is offered.
Cookies and device storage
The hub uses essential session and security cookies and stores your selected display theme on your device. The admin dashboard summarises submitted records; it does not require advertising trackers.
